”Was tight with my truck and trailer but had room”

Breakfast staff was a couple of teenagers on their phone hiding in the back while the garbage can was overfull, waffle batter was empty, soap in the ladies room was empty. forks were gone. Bathroom door in my room was sticking really bad, rubbing at the top. It is obvious this has been bad for a while. Maid should have reported this. Beds are very firm. Room was clean. ”It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”

”Nice basic room. I really have no complaints at all. Only found that the bed frame was weird but that would be knit picking. There was sheet metal for the front decorative covering and I kept hitting it with my foot.”
