”The owner's suite was great, very nicely styled and nice finishes. Very comfortable bed, great blackout shades and nice touches and products. Staff was great, very nice and accommodating. We will definitely return!”

”Love this hotel, modern and VERY clean. The area is also very nice—Capital Grille is a10 second walk (they share the same parking lot) from the Lively. My wife and I stayed in the Studio Suite and beyond spacious, huge living area with a mini fridge. The restaurant is very nice as well and has a bar as well The only minor downside is it’s about 35 minutes away from OU, but still plan on staying there on our next visit. Highly Recommend! ”

”This was perfect for my family and our stay. We wanted something close to frontier city since that was where we planned to be most of the weekend with 6 kids under the age of 13! The Howell’s were wonderful and very responsive and we had plenty of sleeping places for the 8 of us! We will definitely be back!”
