”The room was large and clean. However, this is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff on site. The night that I stayed, the family staying on the same floor had three young children that they allowed to play on the stairs and in the hallway, which was noisy. With no staff around, there is not much recourse for noise or other issues that may arise. ”

”Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. ”
