”I needed an early check in for a wedding timeframe. I called a couple days ahead, they said they were fully booked but to call back day of. I did that, spoke with front desk gal, Emmie ( spelling?) anyway she said she would work on it, I was about a hour and half away. When I walked in she said, she had helped the staff and got a room ready for us. WOW! Such great service... The morning breakfast is exceptional. I will definitely stay here again.”

”The hotel is charming, clean, fabulous location and I loved that looked out to the water. However, our TV didn't work and when I asked the staff if I was doing something wrong, her answer was "some of our TVs don't work" and just shrugged. Not a big deal, but still it was odd and not great customer service because there wasn't even an apology. Also, we stayed 2 nights and although I don't need room service to make beds, they only left enough coffee for one morning and there was only one packet...
