”I am sure that had the weather been better this location would have been very good. However it was not and Under Canvas was totally unable to provide anything that was capable of heating the tent in near freezing conditions. Even a member of staff tried valiantly to light the word burning stove for over 40 minutes without success. Due to the low temp in the tent my husband tried the communal wash/restrooms which he described as revolting. For a premium price there are other glamping...

”We chose this hotel because it's located inside Hot Springs park
We are glad we did.The park is beautiful and the " down town" is within walkable distance.
The hotel itself is a little older, no elevator, some peeling paint etc.
But the rooms were clean..The beds and pillows comfortable..The staff was great..
We liked that the hot tub at the hotel is fed by the same water that is available at the springs
We will stay here during our next visit to Thermopolis”

”Loved the cabin we stayed in. It was roomy clean. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower. The staff in the dining room was very friendly and helpful. In particular our server, Jessica, was phenomenal.”

”The place worked for our big family, I would make a suggestion to update the website, when I booked, it said there was a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, but the only breakfast was coffee cake, which was really good but we had 5 kids to fed, also the website said there was a arcade, but it only had board games and books. Very pretty country”

”Casino not open till 10 have it rope off can't even get coffee spa closed. Fire alarms beep all night long could not sleep. Even though it looks new it has a lot of issues. The restaurant was excellent.”
