”The house was exactly as pictured. The views from the house was also amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, as it was very close to the north entrance. The only thing missing was shampoo and conditioner so I would bring your own. Other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip inside Yellowstone”

”I stayed here with my boyfriend on the way to live in Wyoming for the summer, and it was unlike any other place we've vacationed. We both grew up RV camping and it felt like home to vacation that way again. Made great use of the bonfire and grill. We were lucky enough that the Northern Lights' path crossed right over Yellowstone. A once in a lifetime experience! I have stayed in a handful of VRBOs and never has one been this unique. I didn't know it was possible to rent out a camper like this....

”Richard, our host, is very friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is very close to the city of Jackson and for exploring Grand Teton National Park. Would stay again.”

”Overall one of the best places I have been. Ranch style home, small but perfect for 2 people. If you have more than 2-3 people in your group this could get crowded. Perfect for a retreat away from the busy city. When booking remember your in a very remote location, your a 20 minute drive from the nearest food/town. Plan accordingly. Overall worth it! We were able to visit Jackson and west Yellowstone. Definitely planning on coming back! 10/10”

”The guesthouse is so cute and rustic. Very small but perfect for our little family get away for the weekend. Owners gave great food recommendations. The property manager was also very helpful in the booking process and made sure accomodations were made for our baby. We would definitely stay again when needing a place to stay in the area.”

”Stay was absolutely fantastic. We got in late after driving down from Montana. Place was unlocked and bigger than we expected. Nobody within miles except the horses. Never saw another soul which is what we came for! Will be back in the future! Thank you North 40!!”

”The location was great for the stay. Walking distance to downtown. The breakfast food and coffee ran out quickly due to early morning skiers. Also the room in the picture had a desk and our room didn’t have the desk which we really needed for my husband to work. There isn’t another place in the hotel to work unless you go down to the restaurant. The gym was well equipped.”

”Picturesque, friendly, and enchanting! It was snowing when we arrived, making it feel like we were in a Hallmark holiday movie. The staff (and dog, Yeti!) were super helpful and warm, and made us feel right at home. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved spending time in the main lodge playing pool and checkers, and relaxing by the fireplace. The s’mores kit was a great touch! Absolutely loved the charm of this place and would recommend it to couples (including LGBT couples!) and friends...
