”The sound proofing was the only issue, the sounds were penetratign from the floor above really clearly.”

The front desk ladies that checked us in were both nice and accomodating as well as the helpful asian lady in the front desk in the morning. Our family were all happy with this hotel . We will recommend it too to our friends who wants to visit Vancouver in the future . ”

”Lobby, desk staff, valet, room, hotel restaurant, and location were all great. Only issue was the room across the hall was having a very fun and loud party and it took us reporting it 2 times an hour apart to get it resolved, but it did eventually quiet down. Would definitely recommend this hotel!”

”Lovely room, we booked a one bedroom suite with our 16 month old. It was a great size, close to the pool, and smelled amazing. Actually the whole hotel smelled amazing. Very tastefully decorated. The bedroom was nice and dark for us to sleep. Would stay again for sure. ”

”A bit too neutral hotel. Lacking colours totally. Room was spacy but dull. Not a single chair! Breakfast was ample but there was not a single vegetable served. Clean and safe. ”
