”The hideaway/couch was broken. You couldn’t sit on it without it tilting you towards the center. The dishwasher was broken. The security deposit was extreme at $150 (same as the nightly rate) and there were no ice machines. We had to ask for ice from the front desk; 20 minutes later we received a half melted bag of ice.
Location was great for inner harbor.
I recommend finding a different hotel.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle.
