”I had an emergency where I needed help at 5:30am. They sent someone over in ~5mins. They were a lifesaver AND while Talbot staff helped me the Uber left! (and still charged me the full fair) AND Talbot then drove me to the airport. They went above and beyond for me and I’m incredibly grateful. This was the end to an incredibly memorable visit to Malta. ”

”Property is in a great location steps from Sliema sea front and in a fairly quiet side street, liked the fact the property is relatively small - so we had no noise-disturbances from neighbouring rooms. Rooftop pool is tiny (more a small splash pool) and there is not really much roof space to relax - just a few metal chairs and tables. (View is amazing though) our room 903 was compact but very comfortable- really liked that rooms had both keypad and card access - note you have to leave the key...

”We arrived late at 01:00 midnight but the check in process was easy as we received a video a day before on how to get the code from key box. The apartment is spacious and well equipped including a lounge, open kitchen, a double bed bedroom with en-suite. It was very clean with good condition furniture. ”Lovely apartment. Very central. Clean and bright. Excellent tv and shower facilities. Nice beds. Kitchen good. The oven didn’t work when we arrived but it was dealt with very quickly and with great customer service….they replaced the oven with a new one very quickly and with a smile. Very very impressive. As a tourist, I know that sometimes things can break. But it’s the way that it is dealt with that matters. And the broken oven was dealt with so well I was very very happy. ”

”The hotel is very pretty and has nice decoration and location but the rest was awful. Wifi didn´t work and the mattress and pillows were hard. The worst part was the customer service: as we checked in, the young Italian woman working in the reception had problems with and made comments about our nationality (?!) and the way we had booked the room (through hotels.com) as the hotel gets the money from booking sites months late. Why are they advertising their hotel on several booking sites then...

”Yöpyminen itsessään sujui hyvin. Huone ja huonekalut olivat kuluneita ja vanhanaikainen, ei vastannut hintaa. Wi-fi toimi huoneessa pätkien. Näköala huoneesta ja parvekkeelta oli useille rakennustyömaille, alueella rakennetaan vahvasti. Parveke oli likainen ja epäviihtyisä. Alueella usein esiintyvä blood rain likaa kaiken hetkessä kuin ei koskaan olisi siivottu, mutta kalusteet sielläkin olivat epämiellyttävän vanhat, kauhtuneet.”

"We enjoyed our stay at Westin Dragonara Resort. The hotel is clean and well maintained, including all public areas as well as the rooms (we had a regular Deluxe room), which are also spacious. Hotel has plenty of services available and service level by the staff was impeccable. Location is close to everything (restaurants, shops, access to public transportation), but still in its own peaceful area. In case of questions or problems, we were assisted immediately. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again on our next visit."
