”The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall.”

”This property it's located in a very run down area. There was garbage on the street as you entered the property. Although they claim that they are walking distance to the beach, you have to walk in a very seedy area. The sounds of the waves crashing into the property are very scary at night. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment. ”
