”I enjoyed my staying. Rooms are big, safe and peaceful and staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. I have stayed in this place several times and it has always been clean and well kept. It even has nice pool and gym, and laundry is part of the service which is a great plus especially when travelling on duty. Can recommend this place to everybody. ”

”Tällä kertaa huonetta piti vaihtaa, sillä ensimmäisessä huoneessa suihku ei toiminut kunnolla ja vesi oli kylmää. Toisessa huoneessa oli kumma haju, mikä saattoi johtua hotellissa meneillään olevasta maalausurakasta. Oletan saaneeni ruokamyrkytyksen hotellissa syödystä hampurilaisesta. Uima-altaassa ui hiiri vastaan. Puutarha on vehreä ja aamiaistila lammen ympärillä viehättävä. Paikka päällisin puolin ok mutta huoneissa eroja. Kadulta saattaa kuulua liikenteen melua, mikä voi haitata...

Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). ”Great hotel at a very convenient location with lots of parking space. East Park Shopping mall is just five minutes walk. The big outdoor screen with authentic Italian pizza is perfect to catch up with all the latest sports events. The Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurant serve super delicious food. So addictive. ”

”I had a room with a balcony and I thought the rooms were nice. I was visiting from USA and enjoyed my stay here. I had a WiFi problem and they switched my room instantly. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also room service was good as well. The men up front were very helpful with my luggage I had with me. And were helpful with all you needed to know about the room with the short room tour they give. ”
