”Property is in final stages of renovation which shows well. Excellent job! Bed was very comfortable and staff was great. Only issue was seating in our room was poor. Expected a couch and the office chair was very uncomfortable. ”

”I didn’t even get a key card because they said the system was down. When I got to my room, it smelt like cigarettes in there, someone left a pile of cigarette butts in the drawer. I couldn’t turn the tv because I didn’t have a remote control. Smh, on the top of that, I left my charger in the room, I came back 15 min later and it wasn’t even there, housekeeper said she didn’t see one but the plug in I bought was still there.”

”My room had bed bugs. I killed one, and showed the evening manager another bed bug crawling around the bed, and his initial response was "just kill it." But even one or two bed bugs are too many, since they have other "friends". I asked to have my room changed, which they did. The other room had a stain in the mattress cover which was not a good sign, so I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. At least they also have laundry facilities onsite, so I was able to wash all my clothes to...

”Habitación vieja, holia a umedo con polvo y sobre todo muy cara me cobraron 75 dolares mas de lo que page real mente no te la recomiendo, creo que vale la pena pagar unos dolares mas, por esta mala experiencia de hoy en adelante no vuelvo a quedarme nunca mas aqui. NO TE QUEDES AQUI LUEGO ME AGRADECERAS.”

”Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. ”
