”Convenient, pleasant & clean.”

”Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. ”

”Their parking lot wasn’t very well lit and the parking spots were very tight. I wasn’t impressed with their complimentary breakfast, they didn’t have much to offer. Their hard boiled eggs were something you would get out of a vending machine. Took one bite and threw it away. Other than that, the place was very nice and beautiful atmosphere. ”

”Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or...

”Staff failed to address my complain regarding noises that were made by the other residents. There wasn’t any compensations, leading to a frustrations and unpleasant experience. ”

”The rooms are neglected. The people there are nice at the front desk. But the residents are rude and loud. It smells like cigarette smoke and pot everywhere, and it is very sketchy.”

”While unloading my stuff from the car I was harassed by a pimp/drug dealer that wasn't taking no for an answer when I told him I'm not interested in a prostitute. He said he'd be back to see if I changed my mind after he gets done taking his prostitute two doors down, to a different location.As soon as he left with her I put my stuff back into my vehicle and checked out only 30 min”

”There was a whole community of hotels, restaurants, and businesses in this area that made it extremely convenient to stay in! The employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great! It was central to several amazing places in Portland, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!”
