Puumajat – Luxor

”Erittäin siisti ja ylellinen hotelli, italialaisen ravintolan ruoan laadussa olisi parantamisen varaa. Japanilainen keittiö oli parempi.”

”Täydellinen, ystävällinen ja poikkeuksellisen mukava henkilökunta . Mahtava aamiainen, laadukas! Vanhempi mutta todella siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Kauniit pihat , alkas ja Niilin varrella! Pieni mutta Huvä kuntosali , lämmitetty allas. ”

”This is a stunning hotel in the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor. The hotel offers a boat across to the east bank whenever you need it, which is super convenient. It is full of charm and the staff are lovely. The swimming pool is great and breakfast is plentiful. We stayed in the Lapis room which was lovely although the bed is small and quite hard! There may be other rooms with larger beds…? The formidable Marina runs the place and she’ll tell you her fascinating life story. Note the hotel...

”Since the very first moment I booked the property they have been attentive. I arrived in the middle of the night and I was picked up and taken to the hotel by the owner. If you're looking for a tour or activities to do, he has you covered and if you have any questions he is also willing to answer them. Can't complain, the peace and quiet of the hotel and the very mesmerizing view is amazing.”

”Hyvä sijainti ja kiva allasalue. Kuitenkin hotelli sisältä vähän tunkkainen ja kulunut. OK parin yön pysähdykselle.”

”Nice, peaceful hotel near ferry and all major attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, room spacious and very clean. Only negative thing was that room was very cold.”

”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”Lovely hotel with great service. Only minus that in our room water pressure were quaite poor, so shower wasnt very pleasing. Otherwise very happy and breakfast was very good!”

”Un lugar bonito para disfrutar, todo el personal atento. Muchas gracias por la estancia. Seguro regresaremos y con gusto recomendaremos el hotel. Saludos 🙏”

”Ok”

”Very easy to get around and breakfast and good.”

”ホテルの目の前がタクシーが集まる場で、出かける度にしつこく声をかけられたのが無ければいいホテルでした。朝食も美味しく、ルーフトップでのティータイム、ルクソール神殿も歩いていけて立地も良いです。”

”Staff and location are amazing. Great food. Solo traveler approved.”

”My stay at the Nile Compound Hotel was amazing! The hotel is a garden oasis surrounded by the beautiful farmland of Luxor. I could not have picked a better place to stay. Mr Yousef and the rest of the staff were spectacular! Mr Yousef arranged my transportation to several sites and always made sure I was enjoying myself. The food, especially the breakfast, were always delicious and they even gave me a breakfast before my early morning flight back to Cairo. I am so glad I chose to stay at...

”Fantastic hotel, with great views over the Nile and amazing staff that went above and beyond to help with everything and anything. Restaurant great as well and everything was done easily with no stress or complication.”

”We loved the garden and had nice food in the evening in hotel restaurant. Pool was also handy. Hotel is in a local and less busy area. Staff at breakfast was friendly albeit with limited English. Management should provide enough juice for guests as now there was 1dl of it even at the start of day. I would suggest hotel management to make sure breakfast is ready by 7am as guests have appointments to go to sights. We stayed in similar priced hotels elsewhere in Egypt and water was always offered...
