”Friendly service at checkin. Very informative and helpful. Room attendants were happy and accommodating as well. The attached restaurant offered delicious italian cuisine. The hotel was in a great location; off the main road and close to old town and the train station. We will choose this location again on our next Lucerne trip. ”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel. As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”Lovely simple hotel a bit off Brienz. There’s a bus connection to Brienz, but I’d recommend a car. It was nicely situated about a 40 min drive to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Mostly very quiet and everything was clean and simple. If you happen to have noisy neighbours, then it might be a bit uncomfy, but that’s really not the hotel’s fault. The room doesn’t have an aircon, but it did get a bit more chilly at night if we kept the door open.”
