”We have stayed at the Hanover Inn many times. It is a beautiful upscale Inn with lots of attention to detail. The front desk team members are so caring and well trained. The only concern we had during this trip was the valet service. They were very disorganized, lack solid communication and customer service skills. Unfortunate because they are the first interaction of a visitors stay at the beautiful Inn. ”

”The room had a food smell. There were little black flies in the room. When I notified the desk the gentleman said he would be sure to report it to the proper person. No offer of a discount on the price of the room or even a voucher for a future stay which I never would have used. Not interested in staying there again. ”

”Very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Nice laundry facility and gym (I didn’t use either, but checked them out). In one of our rooms, the kitchenette had a full oven; the other room had a cooktop. ”

”We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. ”
