”It’s a 3 star stay but with 5 star cleanliness and service, lovely people and the room was big with a very clean comfortable bed, the decor was nice enough but a little rough around the edges, certainly why it’s a 3 star- fresh paint but not to the highest of standards, functional furniture but needs updating etc, I would stay there again.”

Jaoimme vessan kolmen muun huoneen kanssa. Tästä ei tullut ongelmia, esim. että vessa tai suihku olisi ollut alvariinsa varattu. Vessan pyyhettä vaihdettiin 3 -4 kertaa päivässä ja käsikuivainkin siellä olisi ollut.”

”We stayed in the front room with two twins. the room was very clean and moderately spacious. The host, John, was very friendly and accommodating. He makes a delicious breakfast. No elevator, but John accommodated us with a lower-floor room. We will consider staying again when in Southampton. ”

”The outside of the House was not good Paint peeling ect There was a lot of stairs to my room which I asked them about before staying but they said they hadn't received my message The room was clean Breakfast was included however there was nothing cooked Host was helpful & they helped carry my bags”

”Beautiful property with large, clean room and a nice beverage and breakfast lounge. Walking distance to town. Stocked with teas, coffee, water, cookies, hot chocolate, and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!”

”Self service so expected some instructions - couldnt get tv to work. Coffee, tea n sugar provided - no milk. Kettle supplied on shelf - no plug nearby. Low light - difficult to read. However good location, warn and clean - also cheap. :)”

”A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. ”

”The hotel was exceptional. Location was fantastic - very near to bus stop, walking distance to the beach, a convenience store is nearby, there is a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely - clean, cosy, comfortable. Just perfect. Wendy & Steve was the best. Would definitely come back. If anything, just one thing to be aware of - you need to up one flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms.”
