This spacious rental is for the upstairs (basement and downstairs patio are not included), with 2,360 sq ft Mennonite/Amish-built living space, packed with modern and upscale amenities to help you unwind, reconnect, and create lasting memories in total comfort.

Whether you’re hosting a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or a small team retreat, this one-of-a-kind luxurious property delivers unmatched relaxation and entertainment!

This luxurious retreat offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, two end tables with lamps and USB charging ports, a dresser, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV.

The private master bathroom includes dual sinks, a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and jets, a jacuzzi-style tub, and a dry sauna. 

The two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, closet, dresser, end table with lamp and USB charging port, ceiling fan, and 43" smart TV's. These guest bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom upstairs with an oversized 6-foot tub. All bedrooms are upstairs.

The home includes a full kitchen with a center island and modern appliances. The living room features two large L-shaped sectional couches, 55" smart TV, coffee tables, and ceiling fans to keep guests comfortable. 

The home has central heating and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort, along with smart lock entry at the front door and attached garage for secure, convenient access during your stay. 

A private, dedicated office is available for remote work, featuring a large L-shaped desk, office chair, and Spectrum internet with WiFi coverage (requires an email for WiFi access) throughout the home and even the pool area.

Outside, the property features:

• 40' shared heated inground pool with fence (operational from late May to late September) Pool is heated via a heat pump which depends on warm weather.
• Hot tub (seasonal)
• Covered front porch and back porch with seating
• Fire pit area with seating for 8
• 6 acres surrounded by beautiful farmland

We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a peaceful, high-end environment and will treat our property and amenities with care. This is not a party house—it’s designed for relaxing, recharging, and spending quality time with friends or family.

NOTE: Instant Booking does not guarantee acceptance. Within 48 hours of booking, we require a signed short term rental agreement and ID verification.

*This rental is for the upstairs only. The basement and downstairs patio are off limits as they may be occupied.

*Primary Renter Must Be Present. The person who books the stay must be physically present at check-in and remain on the property for the full duration of the reservation. Bookings made on behalf of others are not allowed without prior written approval.

The use of amenities is at your own risk.

Minors must be supervised in certain areas (see our house rules), and certain areas of the home are off-limits for safety and maintenance reasons.

The pool and hot tub are seasonal and may not be available during colder months. 

- POOL SEASONAL NOTICE:
Our pool is heated via a heat pump and functions best when outdoor temps are above 75°F. During peak summer months, we usually maintain a temperature between 80°F-85°F, depending on the temperature outside. The pool is typically open by late May and closed by late September. During fall, the water may feel too cold for swimming. Pool access or temperature is not guaranteed outside of peak summer months.

- HOT TUB USE & SEASONAL LIMITATIONS: The hot tub is available for guest use seasonally, from approximately mid-March through mid-November, depending on weather conditions. During the winter months (mid-November through mid-March), the hot tub is shut down, winterized, and unavailable for use. 

No refunds or rate adjustments will be issued for lack of pool or hot tub availability during your stay.

We have some religious (Christian) wall art/decor on some of the walls in the home. Please do not move or remove them.

This is a newer home, and due to last year's drought, we are still trying to grow grass in the front yard, side yards, and parts of the back yard. Please do not expect a pristine yard/grass condition, as we are working to get the grass up to par.
