Top Floor of the prestigious Bluff Walk Condominiums. You will not believe this Penthouse view overlooking the James River. The building has 2 restaurants and a convenient parking right in front of the unit.
Additionally, its worth mentioning we are about 5 miles from LU; 5 miles from University of Lynchburg, 3 miles from Randolph College and 4 miles from VES! All these schools are super close and the travel is easy from our condo!
We are located in down town Lynchburg and in the middle of many restaurants all within walking distance. You can walk along the Bluff Walk or if you want a few more "steps" we are very close to the Percival's Island trail (its paved). There is a location to rent bikes close by as well. Lynchburg has the Academy of Arts which is constantly bringing in all kinds of entertainment. Amazement Square, the children's museum, is about 1/2 mile from the condo. On Saturdays the Community Market/ Farmers Market is literally 100 yards away.

We offer a large discount if you rent for 30 days or more.

Wonderful Stay in Lynchburg

We spent five days at this wonderful property to attend/celebrate my nephew's wedding. The penthouse was in a great location, clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed. The reserved parking spot was very helpful, and they even included a parking pass for a nearby lot for my son's car. The location was awesome, so close to everything and the host was excellent with her communications. I would love to stay there again when I go to Lynchburg!

Overall loved it and will be back!

Overall loved the stay! The hosts were very responsive and just fantastic! They made some last minute accommodations for us that was 1,000% appreciated! The home was great and the views were amazing! Location, restaurants, shops, pedestrian walking right in front of the building - fabulous! People in the building were very friendly, loved the parking right in front of the door! Plenty of towels and all the cooking supplies you would need. I still dream of that kitchen island (goals)! The only thing that prevented this being a 5 star is that it never got below 72 degrees and all 3 bedrooms were HOT compared to the rest of the home. When you left the home you could feel the contrasting cool air once you stepped into the building hallway. The washer/dryer had a little hiccup but these things happen. I would recommend a tv in the 3rd BR, maybe some curtains/blinds to help keep the sun out and keep it cooler (when not appreciating the views), maybe some extra pillows and wiping down the spiderwebs on the outdoor furniture on the balcony. If this is available when next we come in to visit family - we would 100% want to stay here!

Excellent location with modern conveniences

We loved this unit. Our daughter called the style preppy! The beds were super comfortable, TVs in each room, great views of the river, very clean. It was easy to communicate with the owner and the check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great 3 bedroom downtown location with beautiful large deck! Sarah was fantastic to communicate with very flexible and wrote right back! Walkable Clean Passcode entrance with parking space assigned. Easy check in and check out. We had a quick visit but would love to come back for a longer visit.

We come to Lynchburg at least 2x year to visit my parents and usually stay here - the location is amazing - you can walk everywhere! Views from the deck of the river and downtown! The place is always clean and comfortable!

Christmas visit

Second year staying here. Convenient to visit relatives and place has everything you need. Close to restaurants downtown. Christmas lights were up and so pretty to walk through at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Lynchburg

Very nice accommodations on the James. Property was perfectly located for us between the Craddock and Virginian where most of the wedding party were staying. Very convenient to many restaurants and shops. Assigned parking space right at the entry door made it easy for my mother and loading/unloading. Space was clean and organized. Sarah was a gracious hostess and very responsive to multiple questions. Thanks so much. Hope to visit again at our next wedding weekend.

Another great stay

This is our fourth stay at this property. It continues to be very clean and comfortable. There is excellent communication with the owner and the location is perfect for the historic downtown Lynchburg area. Great view also. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo in great location

We love this building! We’ve stayed in 2 condos in this building and both were amazing. Clean, lovely, well appointed home away from home. Walk everywhere, but parking spot included which is key in Lynchburg.

Nice 3 BR VRBO in Lynchburg

Very nice place to stay. Good downtown location and close to restaurants nearby. Only issue is parking. There is only one parking space for the property. Street parking is limited to 2 hours Mon thru Fri from 8 to 6. The 2 hour limit is enforced by patrolling parking police. Nearby parking lots are all paid reserve spaces.

Excellent location, secure, and nicely decorated.

This condo is in an excellent location for being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. There’s also parks and walking trails nearby. The unit is decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. The balcony outside has ample seating, but the exterior of the building could use a cleaning. The only complaint is that this is the top living floor and you can hear noise from the rooftop bar/restaurant above you at night
