Located in a peaceful neighborhood just a short drive from Panama City Beach, Pier Park, and St. Andrews State Park, you'll have quick access to white-sand beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures.



The Space:

This comfortable home sleeps 6 guests (plus 1 on the couch) and features a spacious master suite with a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and desk. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements, with one including a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen (yes, there’s a waffle maker!), a cozy living room with a Smart TV, and a patio with a dining set and propane grill. Fast Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer make it ideal for longer stays. Great for family vacations, military travel (close to Tyndall AFB & NSA Panama City), remote work, or larger groups—ask about booking the attached guest suite!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the main house, patio, and shared laundry area. Self-check-in is available via smart lock. Please enter through the right-side path leading to the front door. Free onsite parking is available on the right side of the driveway.



Essentials provided: towels, soap, shampoo, iron, blow dryer



The Neighborhood:

Situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions, and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.



We encourage all our guests to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. Is that they are one quick internet search away.



Getting Around:

It's best to have a car to get around - though there is Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:

The attached guest suite is a separate unit with its own private entrance. It shares outdoor and laundry spaces with the main house.



Some sound may carry between the units.



Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.



No smoking indoors ($250 fee if violated).



Rental agreement and guest screening required.
