”The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.”

The trip was planned last minute to celebrate my besties birthday and also her beginning an intensive cancer treatment immediately upon our return home. I told the front desk staff the reason for our stay and requested if they could help by setting up my friend's room to celebrate her birthday and her recent cancer battle. ”The room was dirty. The bathroom sink was dirty. There was trash outside of the facility. There’s hardly anyone ever at the front desk and when there is, you have to wait a long time before they come out.”

”This place was excellent! I was very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The housekeepers really do a great job & the desk staff is so friendly. Plus it’s connected to a restaurant so great access to food. This is my 2nd time here and i will always book the capes! ”
