”The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!” The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309. I have pictures to validate my statement. I will never visit this hotel again. Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable.”

”The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. ”Debbie at the front desk was enormously helpful! However, pool (advertised) was out of service. Blindsided by $13 and change per day parking, buried in "parking available" plus Expedia popups. The latter soured what could have been a superior stay.”

”For price you can’t beat it but be ready for stupid - there was a DV issue one night - screaming etc. Outside my door there was a toilet bowl scrubber (not used tk gd) on the ground all day. Pool looked clean, gym way too cold and limited”

”The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.”

”I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right...

”This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity.
