”Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.”

Elected for the standard breakfast - cereal, fruit, toast with tea/coffee. A cooked breakfast was offered, for an additional charge. Location is excellent for accessing the rest of Lynmouth or walking the Watersmeet Gorge. The host was helpful, informative and chatty.”
