”The hotel was very quiet and calm. Exceptional customers service from all the front desk employees. The beds were very comfortable and dark. The bathroom was clean, spacious. Downstairs at the reception there was free coffee and ginger tea at all times. The front desk also booked all our activities when asked and they gave their help in many ways. An example of exceptional customers service: our mom started to walk to a wrong direction from her destination and the employee ran outside to let...

”Our stay was really pleasant. We had the junior suite reserved, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. I asked from the reception couple weeks before if they could arrange flowers and champagne to the room, and every wish was answered. They have a spa area, with two saunas and a pool. Area is intimate, and the surroundings are really nice, it is in the basement of the hotel and the walls are red tiled. On the roof they have the rooftop bar, with a view to the square of the old town. Nice, relaxed...

”Mukava ja siisti hotelli rauhallisella mutta keskeisellä paikalla. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja aamupala oli erinomainen. Ainut pieni ongelma oli opiskella kuinka huoneen ilmastointi toimii mutta siitäkin selvittiin.”

”Lovely smaller size hotel close to the old town. About 10 minutes walk to old town and railway station. Friendly and helpful staff always available. Please note that the hotel is in old building so there are some stairs you have to walk even though the building has a good size elevator. The tea and cakes in the lobby bar were also just perfect.”
