”So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but...

”Not enough parking for its size, no charging ports in rooms (which have been in every hotel I've stayed at in the last decade), hair clog in shower drain, shampoo bottle broken, snack shelves/freezer completely empty except for one single burrito.”

”The woman who checked me in while not rude was not the friendliness. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The carpet in the room was stained but was clean. This was a smoking room yet there was no ashtray and previous guests left burn marks on the furniture. Television did not work as did one lamp. Overall not a good stay.”

”I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

”The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. Except in the early morning I was picking up the room ready to check out and there was a WORM on one of the hotel towels. The breakfast was fine, but when...

”Room was clean and staff friendly. Even nearby motorway didn't disturb. Good value for price.”

”No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash.”

”The bedding was stained and the room was not as great as pictured on the website. We decided not to stay due to the room state and the location near the highway.”

”I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”

”The front desk staff was amazing! She was so helpful. The property was rather clean, but dated. ”

”The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car.”
