The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.”

”The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it.”

”Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. ”
”I booked the room really late (11 pm) and arrived even later (1.30 am). Only after booking in noticed that the reception closes at 11 pm so I called the hotel immediately. They gave us very clear instructions in where and how to get the key to our room, and upon arrival we had no problem getting in. Super friendly staff!
The hotel is spotless from beginning to end (although we had only one showe towel in our room - a minor fault). The industrial area looks rough but is actually really nice....

"The hotel is located on a quiet street with very quick access to the Kontxa beach. The staff was very helpful but not always available. They had switched the heating off for the summer in mid-April, which made the room a bit chilly. Otherwise an excellent experience."
"Excellent value for money. Very good service, nice rooms with rain shower head. Complimentary cava and coffee. And a very nice little breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and avocado mash for toast. Highly recommended"
