”Ellie was the receptionist at check in and she was so accommodating and helpful! Very thankful for her assistance. Room was spectacular and my wife and I were thrilled about our stay. We stayed in one of the “Backstage” trailers and we were super impressed. The heated pool was such a nice touch. Location is great also, highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting to see a show at House of Blues, MGM Music Hall or any event at Fenway Park! ”This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. I first was given a room that had horrible noise. I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
The rooms are quite outdated, but understood they are in the process of renovating the rooms.
