”The room was great and clean. We booked for 4 people, but we were only given 2 towels. The internet is also not working well, which is a problem to us who have to work online while traveling. ”

”Liked that it was we quiet and got a good rest. The road in is rough and the property is ok. The staff was very friendly and attentive when we asked for something.”

”We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures.”

”This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. I immediately booked another location, forfeiting the money I had paid for multiple nights. I felt mis-lead, and I blame Orbitz for the waste of my time and...

”First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!”

”The Room was good clean quiete with window that facing the brick wall, which i do not like, the bathroom had improved slightly. It would be nice if you can make a coffee that teaspoons is provided, just a small issue, I must say it improved as this time they provided two hand towels as before only bath towels, so yes getting there. I might consider to go back there again. ”

”This new hotel is in good place as from walking distance to great music live entertaiment and nice restaurants. Hotel has nice door service and nice but expencive restaurant. Sometimes they forget to leave complimentaey water bottles and one time to clean the room. I stayed three weeks so saw a lot. Breakfast service was not standard quality. Sometimes good sometines not so good. Depending eho was working. Missed cheese slices and salad table paprika every morning not just rarely.”

”The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. Also, the main driveway entrance to the property has a large dip which cause the front of my rental car to hit at the bottom as I would pull in or out of the property. They could...

”Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

”Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.”
