”Hey, There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback. 1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!! 2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on. 3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it. 4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking. 5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it...

”Very nice and comfortable property. The room was very clean except for underneath the beds, that was very lacking.”

”The room was spotless and felt homely. Everything you need was there in kitchen and bathroom. The only thing to consider is providing a dustpan and brush for the guest to remove crumbs. . ”

”The hotel manager took us to the room, gave us a tour and helped with our heaviest bag. It was a super location and it was essentially a modern equipped full 1 br/1 ba apartment. When we revisit Maastricht we will def stay there!”

”Très bien situé pour aller à l'Opéra. Appartement très propre. La documentation des différents appareils ménagers à disposition pourrait être mieux présentée en éliminant les langues dont l'usage est improbable et en s'assurant que celles nécessaires soient présentes (il n'y en a pas en français pour le micro onde) . Actuellement c'est très fouillis. ”
