"Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless ..."

"Excellent location, near everything. Hotel new, modern. Cleaning 3+. Good idea would be to have one chair in the room and also some small stand or at least few hooks in the bahtroom.
