★ALL COMMUNICATION MUST GO THROUGH THE BOOKING PLATFORM★
To help keep everything clear, secure, and easy to track, we ask that all communication before and during your stay takes place through the booking platform. Triple H Retreat has a few important guidelines for communication and guest expectations, and every booking guest is required to review and sign our **THR Rental Agreement**. Taking a quick look ahead of time helps answer most questions and ensures a smooth, stress-free stay.
Please keep an eye on your inbox—messages sent through the platform are the fastest way to reach us, and we respond as quickly as we can.
**Courtesy hours are 10 PM–8 AM** (unless it’s an emergency). If you expect to arrive or check in during courtesy hours, just send us a quick note in advance so we can plan accordingly. Once you’ve checked in, we’ll provide any additional contact options you may need.
Our host communicates remotely, and we also have nearby team members who help monitor and support the property. To protect the home and maintain a peaceful neighborhood, any situation that could create a community issue—or any violation of house rules—may result in guests being asked to leave and forfeiting remaining nights.
These guidelines are simply here to make sure everyone has a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay at Triple H Retreat.
★Our home is in a simple, quiet neighborhood, so it’s best suited for relaxing stays rather than large parties or events. To help ensure a great fit for both our guests and the community, we may ask a few quick questions during the booking process. For everyone’s safety and to help care for the property, the exterior is monitored 24/7, and we may review exterior activity as needed during your stay. These measures help us protect the home and preserve the peaceful feel of the neighborhood.
★A friendly heads-up: some of our neighbors have free-range chickens.★
You may see them wandering around from time to time—please don’t touch, chase, or disturb them if they come onto the property. We really appreciate your kindness and respect toward our neighbors and their animals.
★PARKING
We’re happy to offer convenient on-site parking. Our driveway can fit up to **4 vehicles** (depending on vehicle size). To help keep the property and neighborhood looking great, please **park in the driveway only**—no parking on the grass or on neighboring properties. Street parking is very limited in our area, so **parking for more than 4 vehicles isn’t feasible**.
**Boat trailer parking** may be available **upon request**—just let us know in advance.
★FRONT DOOR LOCK
For your security, each reservation receives a **unique door code**. Your code will be provided **once the full balance for your stay has been processed**.
★CAMERAS
For the safety and security of our guests, the home, and the community, we use **exterior-only security cameras**. There are **4 outdoor cameras** that continuously record **audio and video**.
To be completely clear: **there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home**—you’ll have **100% privacy indoors**.
The cameras may be used to confirm check-in and monitor entry/exit activity during the stay. Camera locations are:
- **Camera #1:** Front door (front walkway)
- **Camera #2:** Driveway/street view (covers the entire driveway)
- **Camera #3:** Back patio (facing toward the dock)
- **Camera #4:** North side of the home (yard/lake/street/shed view)
★BEDS★
Settle in and get cozy—each bedroom is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience.
- **Master Bedroom:** King bed, dresser, smart TV, closet, USB ports, and a sound machine
- **Guest Bedroom:** Queen bed, smart TV, closet, luggage storage, USB ports, and a sound machine
- **Bunkroom:** Five twin beds, smart TV, luggage storage, couch, card table, USB ports, and a sound machine
★BATHROOMS★
We’ve stocked the bathrooms with the essentials (and then some) so you can travel a little lighter.
- **Master Bath:** Stand-up shower, double vanity, lighted mirror, and a dedicated make-up vanity
- **Second Bath:** Tub/shower combo and single vanity
- Plenty of **fluffy bath towels, washcloths, hand towels**, plus **make-up removing towels**
- **Hair dryer** in each bathroom
- Starter supply of **shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, toilet paper, and hand soap**
★KITCHEN★
Bright, open, and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family meals.
- Fully stocked with **pots, pans, baking dishes, and cooking sheets**
- **Seasonal holiday extras** (for major holidays): roasting pan, turkey platters, and special prep utensils
- **Drinking glasses, plates, and utensils**
- **Microwave, electric range, and dishwasher** (with detergent to get you started)
- **Refrigerator + separate Brita filter**
- Starter **spices and olive oil**
- **Hand soap, dish soap, and kitchen towels** provided
- Paper products starter kit: **2 paper towel rolls + table napkins**

We’re located in a quiet rural area, so public transit and ride-share options can be limited. If you’ll be coming from a nearby city or plan to explore the area, we recommend arranging your own transportation for the duration of your stay.

Parking at the home is quite limited, and street access is also restricted. We can comfortably accommodate up to **4 vehicles**—unfortunately, we’re not able to support additional cars beyond that.
