”We only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs.”

”This was a fabulous place to celebrate my 70th holiday with children and grandchildren, aged between 18 months and 12 years. The house was spacious and really comfortable and well-equipped. It was great to have two canoes (and life-jackets) with easy access to the river, and wonderful views from the decked area. We had glorious weather and superb day-trips on the nearby ferry over to Glendurgan Gardens etc. Really hoping to come again one day.”

”Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. The first evening the owners lit tea lights in lanterns leading to the front door. All very sweet and thoughtful. Very peaceful location but very easy access to Mevagissey and Fowey.
