”I was very impressed with SpringHill Suites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well organized and clean. The beds were very comfy. They supplied shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, which is a plus. Their hot breakfast had a good variety to choose from and it was very tasty! The pool and hot tub were clean and it was a pleasure to use them. There’s always room for improvement. ”Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible. ”

”Outstanding staff - professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short walk from some of the best restaurants in Durham. The hotel lobby which serves as a dining area was packed on the holiday. Very clean, comfortable rooms; locally sourced toiletries and plenty of hot water.
