”Awesome place, excellent staff!!”

”Lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Room was recently updated and clean. Hallways could use updates.”

”Initially our room was on the ground floor. Room was musty smelling. Wall around tub was decaying and moldy looking. We asked for another room ground up and it was clean and fresh smelling with no issues. Staff was quick to respond to out concern.”

”Helpful and friendly staff. Ready to help with any of your needs. Clean room and building. Great breakfast. Warm cookies, water and coffee in the lobby. Great location to Holland and surrounding parks and beaches. Would stay here again.”

”The room was decent, nothing spectacular but it's ok for couple of nights if you're on a budget. You could hear noise from neighbouring rooms, and that was annoying at night time.”

”The pillows sucked, pool was small compared to how many ppl were there and a hot tub would've been nice. Breakfast was so so, the microwaved western omelets were not appealing plain scrambled eggs would've been better choice. For the price paid I would rather have stayed at the staybridge inn suites more room and hottub more choices for Breakfast.”

”Room was renovated. But no hot water for shower. Roof had missing shingles and exterior door from the building didn’t lock. It was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Very dirty hotel. There were crumbs all over the floor in our room the night we checked in. I talked to staff and they sent someone to vacuum, but even then I didn't feel comfortable walking around in there without socks on, and when my socks started turning black I put my shoes back on too. The room stunk. The furniture was terribly stained, the walls had handprints on them. We were in the whirlpool suite but the jets looked so dirty I didn't even bother. ”Always a great stay”

”The breakfast and the host were by far the best we have ever experienced at a b & b. Tracy is best described by my wife who referred to her as "a hoot", and that is meant in the best possible light. She is a bundle of energy and all personality. The grounds were also beautifully maintained and well groomed. Yes, the rooms are very small but everything else offsets that issue. Tracy makes you feel like a long lost friend who would do anything to make your stay enjoyable.”

”Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Breakfast was homemade and amazing. Easy parking and access to the house. The house was well maintained and REALLY clean.”

”Check in was fairly simple in person...I don't recommend using the Hilton app for check in as it's easy to switch your room and not so easy to get it switched back. The hotel was quiet even though it was fairly busy. The stairway to the 2nd floor had a funny order to it but nothing to crazy. The room was cozy although the linens had a few stains on them. We didn't check breakfast out as we had to check out early for cheer competition. Overall it was a decent hotel for the money we would consider...

”Beautiful property, great room, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and communicative, would absolutely recommend! ”

”The owners were very helpful in suggesting possible places we might like to eat. They were very supportive as we struggled without our car for a day and a half. Between the interurban transit and the Honda dealer’s shuttle, we managed to still enjoy the area!”
