”Spotlessly clean self contained studio, great location & easy access to Manchester City centre. Complimentary wine. Good Wi-Fi. Beds were soft, would have liked more of a medium to firm bed & also would have preferred better quality pillows. They seemed to be thick supermarket type pillows. Overall though a great place to stay. ”

”Very basic hotel the smoke alarm wasn’t working the bath was dirty (although it was a shared bathroom!) there was a good range of products shampoo shower gel etc no tea bags ! No one at a reception desk it was not a manned hotel bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was just a cheap cheerful hotel and you get what you pay for so overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay to get your head down ”

”Overall our two nights were good room and property were very clean and there's a kitchen for food. A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier ”

My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly.”

Our room and especially the bathroom was clean, well appointed and quiet with a garden view. Our only qualm was that the breakfast incurred and additional per person charge. ”The property was very clean. Price was in low range for the area. However, it said it sleeps 6. This can only be true if you are comfortable sharing an essentially twin bed on a sofa bed with someone. There is one very small bed that fits two adults tightly (pushed against wall so one has to climb over the sleeping partner to get out) and two very small sofa beds. Sofa beds did not have sheets though two pillows and duvet was provided. No heat in bathroom and heat was not on when we arrived. It...
