”We had an amazing stay at Aisi hotel - great hospitality and customer service!!! They serve delicious breakfast with a variety of Georgian cuisine and must-try shakshuka. There is a stunning black sea view from the restaurant on the top floor, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. I recommend ordering dinner at their restaurant - the food is excellent and they set the table for your group at the indicated time. We booked a family room, which consists of two spacious, connected rooms....

”Super good stay to star the vacation. Hotel is close to everything, room clean and having good view to all sides of Batumi. Ok breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits. Super nice and helpful staff at the reception! ”

”Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them. Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to. ”

”The directions given to us by Hotel.com website were wrong by 350 meters, and we had serious trouble finding the right place just before midnight. We were compensated for this in price by 20 Laris (out of the 120) but overall, weren't too pleased with our stay. I personally hate shower curtains and the photo showed a washing room with no curtain. I would not stay here again. The building itself seemed like a lot of rooms were still unfinished and the staff seemed seriously stressed out.”

”Gym and pool were closed for renovations. When checked it was given a room when somebody was already there. Had to go back to lobby and get another room. ”

”The room was not as clean as would have hoped. There was dust/hair in the closet and a used cotton swap on the floor. The music (live) was way too loud at the restaurant was way too loud and made dining unpleasant. The location was a bit far from the center but we didn’t mind the walk and there were taxis in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room/bed were comfortable. Nice stay. ”
