”Room were clean, but the best times of this place already have passed. Service didn’t exist much. We arrived late and a document and keys were at the reception. We informed before that we arrive around 11 pm. Nobody was available at reception to welcome us and show our rooms. We spend about 1/2 hour to figure out were our rooms were, exploring the entire ground floor area and first floor. I am very mindful with peoples time and would expect a premium experience at a premium hotel. The golf...

”After a communications issue I got the code and enjoyed our sunny happy space. Had a couple suggestions for owner who responded quickly. Frustrated with VRBO/Expedia for shirking responsibilities for fees and chose to blame owner. Poor customer service from the company but owner’s efficiency more than compensated for their failure.”
