The studios are in a great walking location in center of Machias. Stroll to the concerts at Bad Little Falls Park, to wine tastings at the French Cellar, to the ATV trail and hiking trails in Middle River Park, to lunch or dinner at Mason's Brewing Company and Helen's Restaurant.

Only (approximately) a mile from the University of Maine Machias and Downeast Community Hospital.

The Studios at Seventeen are completely remodeled (2023) studio apartments in the center of town. Unit 3 is a bright, second floor studio and comes equipped with a full size bed, sitting area, dining area and storage. There is a kitchen with upgraded cabinetry and solid surface countertops with a fridge, electric range, microwave and coffee maker (Keurig-type and French press).

The bathroom has a stall shower and 'tiny house' fixtures. Unit 4 is on the second floor and shares a deck with unit 3. There is a Roku smart tv on a swivel mount and heat and air conditioning.

Neighborhood deer come and visit the property almost every day (and will sometimes eat snacks out of your hands)
