The living space offers a charming sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed—an ideal spot to relax after a day of city adventures. Whether unwinding with a movie or simply enjoying the ambience, it’s a perfect place to recharge.

The kitchen is a welcoming and spacious environment, perfect for sharing meals and good conversation. Fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils, it invites guests to prepare everything from quick snacks to elaborate dinners. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available.

The bedroom is elegantly designed, with two comfortable single beds and ample storage space, ensuring a peaceful and clutter-free stay.

The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to refresh, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the tranquil view, where you can bask in the sunlight and breathe in the fresh air—a serene retreat to unwind and soak in the surroundings.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Machico, located on Madeira's eastern coast, is a charming town known for its golden beach, tranquil bay, and rich history as the island's first settlement. Its picturesque streets are lined with cafes and traditional buildings, offering a peaceful atmosphere for visitors to explore and unwind.

Surrounded by stunning landscapes, Machico is an excellent base for hiking, with nearby levadas and mountain trails showcasing Madeira’s natural beauty. Whether you’re enjoying the beach or exploring the scenic surroundings, Machico offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

The property is easily accessible by car. Guests can park their vehicles in a private parking spot of the building.

Madeira Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This is an automatic check-in property; you will be asked to verify your identity before checking into the apartment (3 PM).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which complies with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy which will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: cleaning fee.
Extra linen: 30€ (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
