This delightful 85² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed with a mix of rustic and typical styles, it offers guests a bright and peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind.

The living area features a cosy sitting space, including a sitting area, a TV for relaxing evenings, a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for cooking and socialising. It includes all essentials such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware to prepare delicious meals. A shared bathroom is available to guests.

Upstairs, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom includes a cosy double bed and a great wardrobe. The third bedroom has a convertible bed that can turn into two single beds. A common bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The house also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the picturesque area of Machico, this region perfectly combines natural beauty with the charm of Madeira’s eastern coast. Surrounded by lush green hills and breathtaking ocean views, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation and outdoor exploration. The area is known for its scenic trails, such as the famous Larano path, which connects Machico to Porto da Cruz and showcases some of the island’s most stunning landscapes.

Visitors can enjoy a mix of tranquillity and convenience, with local cafés, restaurants, and shops just a short drive away. The nearby sandy beach of Machico is perfect for swimming or simply soaking up the sun, while the surrounding mountains invite hikers and nature lovers to explore. This location offers a perfect balance between comfort, nature, and authentic Madeiran charm.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
