”This was our third stay at 282 Mulberry, and as always, we were delighted. The downtown Fruita location is excellent for walking around town, to local restaurants, and to the grocery store, yet it’s quiet and comfortable. The house is stocked and decorated with care, truly a place to feel at home. We also appreciate its relaxing patio and backyard as well as the secure bike storage. We will return.”

”This is a well appointed adorable home in a great location. We had our sweet senior dog with us and it was perfectly set up for dogs, except if you have puppies or runners be aware that there is no fence. It worked fine for us. Haha our dog doesn’t move that fast! But an added bonus is that there’s a middle school across the street with a huge grassy, shaded lawn. Definitely recommend.”
