”Excellent customer service. Room was clean.”

”Property is new and very comfortable. Staff seemed great. Breakfast options are very limited, so so.”

”Bodily fluids on the bed hair on the sheets. Room smelled like mold.”

”The front desk people were very friendly and the room was good enough, although the floor could be cleaner. The problem was two-fold. Someone across the hall had put the latch across their door and kept coming and going all night long, letting the door bang into the latch each time. It woke us up many times between 1 and 3 a.m., and then the alarm clock woke us up again at 4:30 a.m., essentially making the day ahead horrible for us with no sleep. Make sure you check the alarm clock before you go...

”Super hotel in walking distance to everything downtown”

”Staff great , breakfast ok, a bit outdated”

”The staff were friendly. We had a hard time checking in but it was fine. On our second night a staff came to our door knocking. He said we never checked in. We have been there a full day and night. But all and all it was ok.”

”The staff that was there when I arrived was great@ however, when I called down to order food, the front desk guy put me on hold...twice. when I down stairs, he wasn't doing anything.”

”Staff very helpful. Shuttle service was on time.”

”The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman. In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized. How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues? I was expecting better from HIlton.”

”Partly renovated hotel. Room looked nice but our white socks where dirty after walking in the ”

”Nicely maintained and renovated. Good mattresses”

”Nice and inexpensive.”
