Double doors open onto the expansive central deck, where indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly - the perfect spot for alfresco dining, morning coffees or evening drinks surrounded by the peaceful garden setting.
Tucked away at the rear of the home, the second bedroom offers added privacy with its own ensuite and direct access to a quiet side deck. Across the main deck, you'll find a separate, light-filled studio that offers a peaceful escape - ideal as a second lounge, a games room or simply somewhere to relax and recharge. A shaded patio and convenient external laundry facilities complete this charming coastal escape.

The primary bedroom ensuite is a bright, full-featured retreat featuring a shower over a deep bathtub, a floating vanity with stone-look countertops, a WC and louvered windows for fresh coastal breezes.
The second bedroom ensuite offers a contemporary glass-framed step-in shower with flexible showerheads, a clean white vanity, WC and crisp task lighting.
With two complete ensuites, both sets of guests have their own private, comfortable space to refresh after a day spent by the ocean.

Wrapped in warm timber panelling under a soaring vaulted ceiling, the open-plan space features a plush sofa, a cosy lounge chair, and a built-in window bench with bar stools -making it an ideal bonus living area, creative nook or peaceful spot for morning yoga.
Massive sliding glass doors pull back to connect the room seamlessly with the central deck, while a ceiling fan keeps sea breezes flowing.

At the heart of the home, the classic white kitchen is fully fitted with quality stainless steel appliances – including gas cooktop and oven, a full-sized fridge and dishwasher - making meal prep a breeze.
A clever timber pass-through window connects the kitchen directly to the adjoining dining room, keeping the home cook connected to the conversation. Illuminated by a striking, oversized globe pendant light that emits a soft, warm glow, the dining area centres around an oval wooden table framed by leafy garden windows.
Large sliding glass doors open straight out onto the central entertaining deck, making the transition from indoor dining to alfresco entertaining completely effortless.

Outdoors
Anchoring the home's indoor-outdoor layout, an expansive central timber deck invites you to embrace true coastal living.
Shaded by a retractable awning and a cantilever umbrella, the split-level outdoor space features deep wooden lounges, casual butterfly chairs and a long picnic table for sunny BBQs and alfresco dining.
Tucked among leafy tropical greenery you’ll find an outdoor shower - perfect for washing off sand after a morning at Macmasters Beach.
Steps lead down from the main deck to a level, grassy lawn where guests can soak up the sun, as well as a rustic corrugated-iron utility shed housing full external laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Parking
The property offers convenient off-street parking for two cars, split between the covered carport and the private driveway, with additional parking available on the street if required.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
