”This hotel was fabulous in every way. The welcoming way the entrance was decorated for Easter was so inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculate. Every corner was dusted and cleaned. This was by far the best place that I have ever stayed booking through a third-party. I will definitely look for Candlewood anywhere I go now. Thank you for a great day.”

”Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again.”

”My stay was fine. I won’t choose to stay at this establishment or brand again. When we arrived. The window to the room was open. The room is spacious however the tv installation is poorly thought out. It didn’t swivel. It sits on a wall between the windows with the bed on one side and the couch on the other without the ability to turn it either way. The dust on the nightstands and phone was thick and visible. Stains on the floor also very visible. It was very apparent that the facility was old...

”Room was clean enough, shower door needs maintenance, in room coffee was awful, but lobby coffee was pretty good. Room temperature was hard to get right.”

”The hotel is super dated, but our room was decent. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better, but we liked the waffles and you can tell the eggs were just frozen crumbled eggs from the bag. Parking was super easy. ”

”I checked in and was asked for my DL and credit card and then I saw the desk agent xeroxing them!! I said, wait, no! He was copying the side of my credit card with ALL the info. He said they had to do that to prove I gave my credit card and I said, “No. That’s not how this works.” He said they would shred it when I left and I said will you give it back to me when I leave and he said no. But I was welcome to not stay there. But he already ran my card and said it would be refunded in 4-5 days. So...
