Signs/QR codes in multiple locations saying I can tip random employees. If my room was spotless then I'd think about considering it but it wasn't so I didn't tip housekeeping. The woman at the front desk for check in went through the motions but verbalized next to none of it. I get there will be a damage deposit, maybe tell me how much before telling me to insert my card. I've stayed at enough hotels to figure out where I'm going but you could at least point in the direction of my room. So no tip there. Not going to blame the hotel for the winter storm but there were multiple utility trucks in the parking lot, some outside the window and they kept their truck running til they left around 5am. Bed was comfortable though, shower was hot, and the breakfast wasn't horrible for "free" hotel breakfast. Thisbone falls into the "stayed at better but also stayed at worse" category.
