âPOSITIVES:
Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great.
NEGATIVES:
Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that...

âCheckin is at 3pm, got there 4pm, but was checked in only after 5pm. Then the room they gave was very hot. The engineer said give it an hour as it was very hot earlier and that we close doors and minimize use of light. Still ot was very hot. If I did not call to complain and request a transfer, they would have done nothing. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are hot, the carpet in the hallways and inside the rooms smell of old carpet. The only upside is it is literally across the airport and...
