”POSITIVES:
Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great.
NEGATIVES:
Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that...

”I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall.
Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...
