”The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.”

”Did you want toilet paper? Or a door that stays closed? Or an AC unit with broken or missing knobs? This is the "hotel" for you! As a bonus, you can find all the disgusting things you've ever wanted at this "hotel!"
The photos are lies. If you go in expecting to sleep in a disease-ridden dumpster, then you're good to go! But if you want a clean room where you feel safe, this isn't the place.

”I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information.
Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back.
The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust....
