”We had a great 3 night stay in Borgo Marino Plemmirio! Nice rooms with airconditioning and decent kitchen. The swimming pool is very nice with see views and even the Etna in the background! Very close to this somewhat isolated location is a fantastic little beach (Spiaggia Massolivieri). It is the nicest beach we have been to in Italy! Also the old town of Syracusa is a must-go-to.”

Hiekkaranta pieni ja paljon inhottavia kiviä, olisi kiva jos voi niitä poistaa. Hotellin ravintoloissa juomien ja ruokien hinnat turhaan korkeat verrattuna kaupunkiin. suosittelen vahvasti sähköistä polkupyörää.”

”Kalaonda Plemmirio is a family business, in the worst possible sense of the concept. The owning family rarely interacts with the guests, but the vast number of family members and relatives make good use of the facilities and make the guests feel that they are unwanted visitors at someone's private residence. ”Overpriced breakfast, everything was extra-charged, "fully equipped kitchen" did not contain microwave oven or basic glasses and unfamily friendly hotel (no high chair for instance). Nice snorkeling waters though.”
