”We were looking for something steps from the water, big enough for us and our 6 kids. Las Brisas did not disappoint! We had a laundry room, a full kitchen with dishes so we could prepare meals and free parking on site. There were beach chairs and beach toys for the kids to play with in the closet which was a nice surprise! We could see the dolphins jumping in the water when we were sitting in the living room looking out! Very clean, close to restaurants and stores, friendly staff. We will stay...

”The sunsets were amazing from the balcony with private beach access only a few feet away. The sand under your toes was like clouds of cotton and the water bluish green was amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the scenic view of Madeira beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as desert 😊💋❤️🏝️. Our host Fran was excellent and very responsive. If you have the time visit caladesi island for a day trip it is worth it.”

”The location was convenient and the lobby and pool area were nice. Our bed creaked loudly. There was no conditioner in the shower. Both the toilet seat and shower on/off handle were loose. Overall the stay was good but there could be more attention paid to upkeep. ”

”Beautiful property that has obviously been going through some recent renovations and improvements but no construction was going on while we were there. Our 2 bedroom, two bath suite looked brand new and was on the end which had a direct view of the gulf. It included a full kitchen as well and was more like a condo, which was nice. The pool deck was beautiful with plenty of chairs and wasn’t overly crowded. The beach access could be improved by adding a boardwalk or even just a more stable...
